Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 3rd respondents to consider the application S. No.23, vide File No. A9/1244/2023 and to sanction and reissue the Cheque for the same amount released under Tamilnadu Government Accident Relief Scheme in name of all the legal heirs of the petitioners husband including herself and her two children separately on account of death of the petitioner husband namely Theen Tamilan, by considering the petitioners representation dated 20.01.2025 and 10.02.2025 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Honble Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of 2/6

Mr. S. Gurumoorthy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. A. Kannan, Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents 1 to 4 and Mr. M. Karunanithi, Government Advocate for the 5th and 6th respondents, this Court made the following order:

'The matter is listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

2. I heard Mr.S.Gurumoorthy for the petitioner, Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 5 and 6.

3. They have produced the records to show that a sum of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand only) was paid to the petitioner on 25.03.2025 and a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) was paid to the father of the deceased on the very same day.
