This Criminal Original Petition has been filed direct the 1st respondent to execute the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul dated 07.08.2015 in C.C.No.529 of 2014. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.
3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent Police is directed to execute the Warrant pending against the second respondent in C.C.No.529 of 2014, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
