ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 109 I.P.C., in Crime No.3 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side). 3.The first petitioner is the husband and other petitioners are in-laws of the defacto complainant.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes that the husband of the defacto complainant, namely, the first petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month in the bank account of the defacto complainant.
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.This liability shall be commenced from 01.06.2018 onwards. The first petitioner shall deposit the said amount on or before 10th
day of every month. If the condition is breached, this order would stand automatically cancelled.
6.Since the petitioners have already been executed sureties, there is no need for executing the sureties and surrender afresh before the concerned Court. The interim anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioners is made absolute and the condition imposed on the petitioners are also relaxed.
