ORDER

The present petition is filed by petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeter in H.S.No.294 of 2006 and there are 21 cases registered against the petitioner, out of which, three cases are pending for trial and 3 cases are pending for investigation. His specific contention is that the respondent police never harassed the petitioner, as alleged by him.
