ORDER : This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition the orders of the court below and material papers and the record in the case and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.M.P.Senthil, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Arumugam for Mr.H.Thayumanasamy, Advocate for the respondent and the court made doth order and decree as follows : (i)That the Civil Revision Petition be and the same is hereby dismissed confirming the decree dated 21.12.2013 made in R.C.A.No.14/2013 on the file of the Principal SubOrdinate Judge, Nagercoil.

(ii)That the petitioner/tenant shall vacate the premises and Hand-over the petitioner mentioned premises to the respondent/land lady within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in the event of filing an affidavit of undertaking by the petitioner within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and pays the arrears and future rents regularly. (iii)That in default the respondent/landlady be and hereby is at liberty to execute the order.
