Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in his order (endorsement) in C.No. A3/49201/2019 dated 13.02.2020 and quash the same as non speaking order and consequently direct the respondents to reappoint the petitioner as Women Police Constable under the jurisdiction of the 2nd respondent based on the clarification given in paragraph 12 of the judgment of the Honble Supreme Court of India made in Civil Appeal No.9423of 2019 dated 13.12.2019 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.The petitioner's resignation was accepted by the respondents and when the petitioner sought to question the relieving order with a consequential relief for reinstatement, the issue went to the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the proceedings initiated by the respondents, accepting the petitioner's resignation and relieving her, was upheld. Apart from granting liberty to the petitioner by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.9423of 2019, enabling her to participate any selection process for fresh appointment, there is no liberty for seeking re-employment. As such, the petitioner's request for re-employment cannot be sustained. In this background, the rejection of the petitioner's request seen in the impugned order dated 13.02.2020 cannot be found fault with. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
