ORDER
The petitioner, claiming to be a owner of the subject lands, has sought for survey of his lands. In this regard, he has made an application on 16.11.2024 and he seeks the said application to be disposed of in the present writ petition.
2. Considering limited scope of the prayer sought for, with the consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the third respondent. 2/5

In view of the fact that the petitioner's application for survey is pending from November 2024 and same is based on a sale deed in his favour and also patta mutated in his favour, direction is issued to the first respondent, with the assistance of the second respondent to conduct a survey and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 16.11.2024. It shall be open to the first respondent to seek assistance with the second respondent in the event of apprehension of any breach of peace at the time of conducting survey. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
