O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Sewing Mistress in the 5th respondent school w.e.f., 16.03.2017.

2. It appears that the petitioner was appointed as Sewing Mistress in the 5th respondent school on 16.03.2017. The 5th respondent school sent a proposal to approve the appointment of the petitioner on 11.05.2017 to the 3rd respondent through 4th respondent. The said proposal was returned on 19.07.2017. The school resubmitted the same on 06.09.2018. Till then, it is pending with the respondents. As per the petitioner, again she submitted a proposal on 05.03.2025. This writ petition is filed on 22.01.2025. In fact, this is a fit case for 2/5

dismissal as pre-mature. But, considering the fact that the approval of the appointment of the petitioner is pending from the year 2017, this Court taking lenient view towards the petitioner and disposing this writ petition with the following direction:

The 3rd and 4th respondents shall take steps to consider the proposal sent by the 5th respondent school for approval of the petitioner's appointment as Sewing Mistress by following due process of law and pass appropriate orders within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
