ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.11.2017

2. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, enquiry was conducted and both the parties had agreed to approach the competent Court to settle their disputes. Therefore, the complaint was closed.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner disputed the said fact and sought liberty to approach the competent criminal Court in the manner known to law.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek her remedy before the competent criminal Court, if she is so advised.
