This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.782 of 2026 in Crl.OP(MD)No.21546 of 2025, dated 19.01.2026.

complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for four weeks.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.782 of 2026 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 21546 of 2025, dated 19.01.2026 is relaxed.
