Prayer in CRL A(MD)No.74 of 2023: This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14(A)(ii) of SC/ST (POA) Act 2015, as amended by Act 1 of 2016, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.47 of 2023 on the file of the learned Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST(POA) Act, Theni, dated 19.01.2023 and set aside the same as illegaland enlarge the appellant on bail by allowing the appeal.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.M.Iqbal, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Albert James, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.74 of 2023, dated 06.02.2023.
