This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st Respondent to execute the warrant issued by the Learned Judicial Magistrate -II, Dindigul dated 03.03.2017 in C.C No.459 of 2016. 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate.
3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent Police is directed to execute the Warrant pending against the second respondent in C.C No.459 of 2016, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
