This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute in between the petitioners and the second respondent based upon the false complaint preferred by the second respondent.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint preferred by the second respondent has been inquired into and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
