ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to remove the board put up by him in Survey Nos.682/1A measuring 2 acre 75 cents, Survey No.683/1A measuring 63 cents and Survey No.684/1A measuring 1 acre 26 cents in Palayamkottai Village, Piranthankulam Puravil Punja and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to not interfere in the peaceful enjoyment of the petitioner in the above said Survey Numbers vide his representation dated 15.03.2022. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that no board was fixed by the respondent police.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 31.01.2024 RR 2/4
