2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

Taking into consideration the submissions made, para No.6,condition No.(b) of the order dated 28.01.2026 is modified to the effect that "(b)the petitioners shall report before the Pattukottai Town Police Station, Thanjavur District, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
