ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the pension proposal dated 29.11.18, forwarded by the 3rd respondent and pay the benefits accordingly. 2.Heard both sides. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.According to the petitioner, despite the pension proposal dated 29.11.2018, was forwarded by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent, he has not received the terminal benefits and pension and his representation dated 27.08.2018, in that regard is also pending consideration. Having left with no other option, the petitioner has knocked at the doors of this Court, for appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directions to the respondents.

4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the pension proposal dated 29.11.2018 would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the pension proposal dated 29.11.2018 forwarded by the respondent No.3 in D.No.515 dated 04.12.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of, on above terms. No costs.
