This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register an FIR on the complaint filed by the petitioner, dated 07.08.2015.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, and during enquiry, it came to know that for the very same property in question, already a civil suit in O.S.No.81 of 2012 has been filed before the Subordinate Court, Nagercoil, and the same is pending and therefore, the said complaint was closed advising the petitioner to abide by the decision to be taken in the above said suit.
