This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the 1st petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. He has also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.

4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
