ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] The order of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai made in Cr.M.P.No.1307 of 2024, dated 17.05.2024, is under challenge in this Writ Petition.

2.Though larger relief has been sought for by the petitioner in this petition, today (06.03.2025), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner wants some time to vacate the premises, as his children are studying in schools. 3.Considering the request made by the petitioner, we are inclined to grant breathing time to the petitioner to vacate the premises. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to vacate the premises on or before 30.05.2025. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
