ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner's son had availed Educational Term Loan from the respondent bank. One Thiru. Balauru had furnished guarantee for the re-payment of the said loan. It appears that the said Education Loan account could not be closed on account of some dispute with regard to computation. As a result, the guarantor's SB Account has also be put on hold. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 11.02.2019.

3.The fifth respondent is directed to take a decision on the said representation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and intimate the petitioner. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, the petitioner is always at liberty to approach the Banking Ombudsman, Chennai for redressal of his grievances.
