ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to reissue the petitioner's passport bearing file No.MD1071993245919 dated 26.03.2019 to him.

2. Without furnishing the details as sought for by the authorities, the petitioner has rushed to this Court with this Writ Petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to submit his explanation to the queries raised by the respondent, which is appended in his typed set of papers at Page No.30. The petitioner is also directed to give necessary documents to show his place of birth along with the explanation. On receipt of such explanation, the respondent shall consider the same and issue passport, if everything is in order. The said exercise shall be concluded within a period of six weeks from the date on which the petitioner submits his explanation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
