This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 15.07.2017. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired by the third respondent and in spite of summons, the petitioner did not appear for enquiry and therefore, the complaint was closed.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that an opportunity may be granted to the petitioner to appear for enquiry. 4.Recording the above said submission made by both the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to conduct the enquiry by issuing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

necessary summons to the parties concerned and complete the same in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
