O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.275/2023 Sa.Pa, dated 02.02.2023, as illegal. 2.Heard Mr.P.Saravanakumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Shamugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first and second respondents.

3.The petitioner is the President of Tirunelveli Municipal Employees Co-operative Thrift and Credit Society Limited at Tirunelveli. The third respondent is the Secretary of the said Society. The petitioner has raised various allegations as against the third respondent. The third respondent had approached the second respondent/Joint Registrar of Co2/5

operative Societies, Tirunelveli Region, questioning an order passed against him. The second respondent/Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Tirunelveli Region, had granted an interim stay of order passed against the third respondent. Aggrieved by that particular order of the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Society, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

4.The impugned order passed is only an interim order. The petitioner can always participate in the proceedings and urge the second respondent to vacate the order of stay. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to join in the proceedings before the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Society and urge that the interim stay granted should be interfered with. I am confident that the the second respondent/Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Tirunelveli Region, would also afford an opportunity of hearing to the petition herein, who may not only advance arguments, but may also produce all supporting documents and also any other evidence, as is required before the second respondent. The copy of the petition filed by the third respondent may also be served on the petitioner herein by the second respondent.

6.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
