This Criminal Original Petition has been to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent against the petitioner, it was enquired and closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of the petition without issuing notice to the third respondent.
5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
