This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.11.2017 and proceed with the same as per law, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired and after enquiry, it was found that the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature and therefore, the said complaint has been closed. 3.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
