ORDER

When the matter appeared in the list on 28.04.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, Office was directed to post the matter on 04.06.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not ready. He submitted that the bundle has been handed over to his client. Since the matter has appeared in the list for quiet some time and the matter is today posted for dismissal, the explanation offered by the learned counsel for the petitioner cannot be accepted. Hence, this Court is of the view that no time need to be given to the petitioner. 2.Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
