ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner wants to deal with the property comprised in Survey No.202/1A in Thotakudi Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District. The said property belongs to a defaulting financial establishment. The Hon'ble Supreme Court had appointed the Hon'ble Justice (Retd) Mr.R.M.Lodha Committee to bring the assets of the said establishment to sale and distribute the same among the affected parties. It has been specifically directed that the PACL properties shall not be dealt with or registered. Since the petition mentioned property is covered by the said prohibitory direction, the respondent rightly issued the refusal check slip. No case for interference has been made out.
3. This writ petition is dismissed. It is made clear that the rights of the writ petitioner will abide by the decision of the Hon'ble Committee. It is also open to the petitioner to approach the Hon'ble Committee for relief. No costs. 28.07.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No mga 2/4
