ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondents to not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry in the nature of civil complaint which arising out of business transaction, except following the due processes of law

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this Court by an order dated 22.12.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15641 of 2021 had directed the respondent police to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the counter parties and if cognizable offence is made out, to register the First Information Report. As directed by this Court, the respondent police directed the petitioner to appear before for enquiry, however the petitioner failed to appear and filed this petition and there is no question of harassment.

3. In the result, the petition is dismissed as devoid of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

merits. However the respondent police is directed to register the case if any cognizable offence is made out on the complaint lodged by the counter parties.
