This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 16.11.2017. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating for the enquiry before the District Social Welfare Officer and since the complaint arose out of matrimonial dispute, the complaint was closed advising the parties to approach the Family Court to seek their remedy. 3.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the Family Court, in the manner known to law.
