O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent police to register FIR on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 03.11.2017 as well as the CSR Receipt No.552/2017 dated 04.11.2017 issued by the respondent police.

2.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the complaint has been closed after conducting petition enquiry.

3.Recording the said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
