Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent herein to provide necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his house property situated at door No.4-2-28, Jeeva Nagar, Poonjolai, Chinnalapatti, Dindigul District.

This petition is filed seeking for police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his house property situated at door No.4-2-28, Jeeva Nagar, Poonjolai, Chinnalapatti, Dindigul District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner shall approach the second respondent police with necessary documents and the second respondent police will give protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner and their family members.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The second respondent shall consider the claim of the petitioner and also to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.
