[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the petitioner's friend viz., Manis Sharma, aged about 29 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The petitioner would claim that he is a carpenter and the detenu is his friend. The detenu left the work place on 22.02.2021 to his native place. But, he did not join with the family. Hence, he lodged a complaint with the second respondent and the same was registered in Crime No.288 of 2021. Suspecting danger to the life of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.465 of 2021 the detenu, he has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

3. Today, the petitioner appeared before this Court and stated that the detenu Manis Sharma, has now joined with the family and hence, he wanted to withdraw this Habeas Corpus Petition.

4. In the light of the above submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
