ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's land.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

3. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, with the consent of parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

4. The limited relief that has been sought for by the petitioner is only to direct the respondents to survey, measure and fix boundary stones, based on his representation dated 24.02.2025. The petitioner has made an application for survey on 09.12.2024 and has also given a representation seeking disposal of the survey application on 24.02.2025. 2/4

In view of the above, it would suffice to issue a direction to the second and third respondents to conduct survey of the petitioner's lands in survey No. 88/1B1, 88/2A1 and 88/2A2 measuring 63 cents after issuing notice to the adjoining land owners. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
