The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.353 of 2018 dated 22.06.2018 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate would submit that orginally, the case was registered by the second respondent. Thereafter, since the petitioner made some complaint against the second respondent, the case was transferred to the file of Deputy Superintendant of Police, Virudhunagar District and at present, the Deputy Superintendant of Police is conducting the investigation and he further submitted that he will be able to complete the investigation within a period of four months.
