Prayer :- Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for records pertaining to the P.R.C.No. 9 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valioor and quash the proceedings as against the petitioners herein. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the Letter D.No.18016/2022 dated 08/11/2022 from I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, this Court made the following order: "This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.100 of 2019.
2. This Court already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in S.C.No.100 of 2019, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, requests further time to dispose of the said case.
3. Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Sessions Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing S.C.No.100 of 2019 and the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay."
