ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the first respondent police herein not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in the civil dispute.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that though the complaint was lodged as against the petitioner, after conducting petition enquiry, the same was closed. It is further submitted that no further enquiry is contemplated and that there is no question of harassment.

4. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
