O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu seeking to produce her daughter namely Kaleeswari Swetha, D/o.Govindaraj, aged about 20 years before this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the alleged detenu Kaleeswari Swetha present before this Court and she would state that for searching the better job she went out from the home on her own volition. She further stated that Yesterday ie., on 04.04.2024 was her birthday and she called her mother for getting birthday blessings and at that time her mother had informed about the filing of the habeas corpus petition and therefore, she had returned back. Now, she states that she is willing to go along with her mother.

3. In view of the same, we find that there is no illegal custody. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. [A.D.J.C., J.] [K.R.S., J.] 05.04.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No am To:
