O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to petitioner and his family members on the basis of the complaint dated 14.07.2016 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the proposed accused trespassed into the property of the petitioner. The proposed accused had created forged documents and he has followed the petitioner with deadly weapons with an intention to commit murder and therefore, a representation dated 14.07.2016 has been submitted to the respondents.

Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent police to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
