ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.31 of 2012, pending on the file of the respondent police.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the final report, closing the case as "undetectable" has already been filed before the Magistrate concerned on 11.04.2013.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even though it is stated that the case has already been closed, copy of the report was not served upon the petitioner and he should have been given a opportunity to agitate the matter further after getting copies.

5.These submissions are to be made before the Magistrate concerned, before whom final report in Crime No.31 of 2012 is stated to have been filed.
6.This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above observation.
