ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's wife of the detenue namely, Mariammal, W/o.Shanmugasundaram, aged about 24 years before this Court.

2. The complaint has been lodged by the petitioner alleging that his wife was missing. On receipt of the same, the respondents registered a case in Crime No.16 of 2020 and it is pending for investigation.
