************ [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] We have heard Mr.S.M.Mohan Gandhi, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents.

2.The petitioner is the mother of the detenu who is aged about 18 years. The respondent police have secured the detenu and she appeared before us through video conference from the office of the Additional Public Prosecutor. She has stated that she fell in love with a person and has married him and they are in Thiruppur and he has also appeared before us through video conference. The detenu has completed 18 years of age and she states that she is married and wants to be with him. Hence, we find that there is no illegal detention.
