O R D E R

The case in short is that the petitioner's brother one Durai Arockyasamy found missing and after sometime in the year 2018, the petitioner has received a letter, dated 12.12.2018 from some one that her brother was murdered and this letter is literally an anonymous letter, wherein the name of one Arulananth along with cell number was mentioned. On 19.12.2018, the petitioner has made a representation to the second respondent police. Since there is no headway in the matter, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that based on the representation of the petitioner enquiry was conducted, wherein the present petitioner has appeared. 3.However, as it is considered that no headway has been made, now this Court directs the first respondent to personally attend to the letter, dated 12.12.2018 received by the present petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to ascertain the veracity of the contents therein, to take appropriate action as per law.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
