RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No.1106 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No.90 of 2021 order dated 19.02.2021 on the file of this Honble Court.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.KARTHIKEYAN for Mr.R.GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1106 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.90 of 2021 dated 19.02.2021.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the petitioner on 19.02.2021, directing the petitioner to appear before the Court daily at 10.30 a.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and prayed the condition to be relaxed. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till now. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2582 of 2021 imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1106 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.90 of 2021 dated 19.02.2021. Hence, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court once a week I.e. every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m.
