ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a lorry driver, who is facing harassment at the hands of the respondents police. Seeking a direction to the respondent police, not to harass him, this Criminal Original Petition is filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeter in H.S.No.212/2014 and having 18 previous cases. Due to election, for initiation of 110 proceedings against the history sheeters, the respondent police is watching the movement of the petitioner and there is no harassment on the petitioner. 2/4

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner to safeguard him.
