No.3920 of 2023 Petitioner and of Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate, (Crl.side) for the respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to comply the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.22105 of 2022 dated 15.12.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court.
3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.22105 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
