ORDER

When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the District Revenue Officer,

Thanjavur will take a decision with regard to the petition mentioned subject matter within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.It is made clear that the said authority will take a decision in accordance with law and on merits after putting all the interested persons on notice. This Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter.
