20/2004 Decree: This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on Tuesday the Tenth day of January 2017 upon perusing the grounds of Petition, the fair and decreetal order of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of first instance and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.R.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the Respondent 2to5 and having stood over for consideration till this day, this Court while dismissing the petition doth order and decree as follows:- (i)That the fair and decreetal order of the Rent Control Appellate Authority-cum-Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur, dated 17/12/2012 made in RCA No.1/2012 reversing the fair and decreetal order of the Rent controller-cum-District Munsif, Thanjavur, dated 19/10/2010 made in RCOP.No.
