ORDER

The petitioners, who are the accused Nos.5 and 6 in Crime No.180 of 2022, have filed this application to quash the FIR pending against them.

2.The case of the petitioners is that they were not present in the scene of occurrence. However, they have also been added as accused in this case.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that in this case, investigation has been concluded and the petitioners/A5 and A6 were deleted from the final report.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
