O RDER This petition is filed to set aside the order, dated 23.02.2021, made in Cr.R.P.No.64 of 2020, on the file of the VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, confirming the order, dated 03.08.2020, made in Cr.M.P.No. 850 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, confiscated the vehicle in Crime No.622 of 2020, under Section 4(1)(aaa), 4(1)(A) of TNP Act. Against the order, the petitioner filed a petition in Cr.R.P.No.64 of 2020 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai and that the petition was dismissed by the trial Court. Against the same, the petitioner filed this Petition.

3. On the side of the petitioner, it is further stated that already confiscation proceeding was over and there is nothing left for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous. 2/4

4. In view of the above submission, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
