P RAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner in his proceedings Na.Ka. Aa6/11759/2019 dated 08.05.2019, within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the writ petition seeking disposal of the pending appeal with the 1st respondent right from May, 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, with the consent of learned counsel on either sides, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.The petitioner aggrieved by the order of the 2nd respondent, dated 20.04.2019 has preferred an appeal on 08.05.2019. The said appeal is still pending there without being any progress. 5.Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the pending appeal, dated 08.05.2019 in accordance with law and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
